Governance

Our Priorities
Following the sustainability policies established by the Sustainability Committee in the last reporting period, the “Smart Solar Technologies Sustainability Management System Project” was launched. Our prioritization work has been completed in the Corporate Sustainability Plan and the sustainability roadmap we follow, taking into account the best practices of the sector on a global scale and internationally accepted sustainability standards. Within the scope of the Sustainability Management System, relevant policies and procedures have been prepared and implemented. In this context, an Environmental Management System has been established to be valid throughout the Company under the sustainability management structure.

Environmental trainings provided to employees has been developed to increase environmental management awareness and technical competencies throughout the company. Within the scope of the Sustainability Management System, special attention has been paid to corporate carbon footprint management. In addition to the trainings on these subjects, in 2023, we completed our work to obtain the ISO 14064 (Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory and Verification) Certificate for the corporate carbon footprint calculated and verified as of 2021.

Our data that has passed the ISO 14064 audit is shared in the Environmental Approach section of the report.
