Smart Energy, planning their all processes from production to installation based on maximum performance, is starting to the production of the first 9BB 450W solar module of 166 mm of Turkey within the last quarter of 2020 by making investment in technology within the scope of its R&D and innovation operations.

Smart Energy, offering more efficient and effective solutions to its customers in a smaller area with the new generation XT modules, will provide this product to its customers not only as monofacial, but also as bi-facial. In this way, the capacity that can be totally acquired with the contribution of the rear surface of the module will be able to exceed 450 W depending on the albedo (reflection capacity of the surface).

Smart Energy is making new production line investments in line with the requirements of the sector at its factory having the generation capacity of 1000 MW. It is operating with the sense of value engineering from production to installation for ensuring that the processes are carried out at optimum efficiency by including the new generation technologies in all of its lines. THE FIRST 9BB MODULE of TURKEY, WHICH IS PRODUCED WITH THE CELLS of 166mm

• The new generation XT modules minimize the electrical losses due to the reason that they are both multi-busbar (MBB) and half-cut.

• The modules which have standard power output at the level of 450 W ensure the reduction of the effect of the shading losses by means of their half-cut structure and allow the increase of the field efficiency.

• The micro fractures that may occur with the shortening of the bus bar distances in the modules reduce the effect of the modules on the power failure.

• The effect of the problems that might arise due to the external factors is reduced with the new generation XT modules. By this means, the investments of Smart Energy customers are protected at the stage of module design and technology.
